Shipping Policy

CHERNET INNOVATIONS LLC is committed to providing a reliable and efficient shipping experience for customers within the United States.


1. Shipping Coverage & Regions

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Eligible Regions: The 48 contiguous United States
  • Non-Eligible Regions: Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)

Orders placed with shipping addresses outside our delivery areas may be canceled and refunded.


2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

Total delivery time is calculated as:
Processing Time + Transit Time = Estimated Delivery Time

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (MST), Monday–Friday
  • Processing Time: 1 business day (up to 24 hours)
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4–6 business days

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Shipping Origin & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled through third-party logistics partners located in the United States, including facilities in California and Texas.

Shipments are dispatched using standard domestic carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on availability and destination.


4. Shipping Fees & Taxes

  • Shipping: Free standard shipping on all eligible U.S. orders
  • Taxes: Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address
  • No import duties apply for domestic shipments

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

CHERNET INNOVATIONS LLC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to update your address, please contact us at support@chernetin.com as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution when applicable.


8. Refused or Returned Shipments

If a package is refused upon delivery or returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the order may be refunded minus shipping-related costs if applicable.


9. Shipping Delays

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.

We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
