Refund policy

At CHERNET INNOVATIONS LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. We provide a clear and transparent return and refund process to ensure a reliable shopping experience.


1. 30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the package is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Product must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at checkout

2. Return Process (RMA Required)

All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Step 1: Contact support@chernetin.com with your order number and reason for return (photos required if defective)
  • Step 2: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days
  • Step 3: If approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions
  • Step 4: Ship the item using a trackable service

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label
  • Change of Mind / Personal Reasons: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection time: within 3 business days after receipt
  • Approval notice: via email after inspection
  • Refund processing: 3–5 business days
  • Bank processing: 5–10 business days (varies by provider)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not support direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Before shipment: Orders may be canceled for a full refund before dispatch
  • After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped and must follow the return process
